 The Golden Plains Recreation Center / Peerless Theatre is committed to providing the highest quality movie-going experience. We use only the best equipment, from our state-of-the-art projectors to our comfortable seating. We also offer a variety of concessions, gift cards, and space for the community to use. 

Currently, 2 of our offices are available for rent.  Please contact us if you interested in utilizing one of these spaces!

Host your special event with us!  We have space for whatever you might need - Theatre, Gym, Offices, Dance Room, Stocked Kitchen and more! 

Keep in mind, this list contains only a few examples of events we have hosted previously, please reach out to us to discuss your special event:

Please review our Event Rental Agreement (at the bottom of this page) before contacting us regarding your event. 

The gym is open for the public while the concession stand is open. Consistently Friday, Saturday, and Sunday afternoons & evenings (please see current showtimes for accurate times). There is a $2 charge per person per day to use the gym.

***We do ask that children under the age of 10 be accompanied by an adult.

PLEASE READ BEFORE SUBMITTING YOUR REQUEST:

• After you submit a request, we will contact you with the option(s) available and the cost. Cost may vary by event preference request.
• Rentals are subject to availability and are scheduled at least one week prior to the requested date. 
• Not all movies are available for public viewing.
• Theatre rentals are not available on Friday, Saturday or Sunday evenings. Please do not submit a request for these days.
• Events needing additional staffing are subject to additional costs.
• By placing an inquiry for a rental, does not guarantee your request.
• NO outside food or drink is permitted, but we do sell concessions.
• Please note Disney films on Blu-ray or DVD cannot be shown at the Peerless Theatre for rental.
• Payment is required prior to the event.
