Rentals and Events

The Golden Plains Recreation Center / Peerless Theatre is committed to providing the highest quality movie-going experience. We use only the best equipment, from our state-of-the-art projectors to our comfortable seating. We also offer a variety of concessions, gift cards, and space for the community to use. 

Currently, 2 of our offices are available for rent.  Please contact us if you interested in utilizing one of these spaces!

Need space? We’ve got you covered. Whether you need a theatre, gym, dance room, offices, or a stocked kitchen, our venue adapts to your needs. 

We frequently host:

• Private screenings, parties, and reunions
• Business meetings, seminars, and fundraisers
• Dance and craft classes, youth gatherings, and concerts
• Athletic events and basketball games

The gym is open for the public while the concession stand is open. Consistently Friday, Saturday, and Sunday afternoons & evenings (please see current showtimes for accurate times).

***We do ask that children under the age of 10 be accompanied by an adult***

Booking & Availability

• Placing an inquiry does not guarantee your reservation.
• Rentals depend on availability and must be scheduled at least one week in advance.
• Submitting an inquiry triggers a review process: we will contact you with available options and cost estimates, which may vary depending on your specific requirements.

Theatre & Media Policies

• Theatre rentals conflict with our regular schedule unless you choose a theatre buyout package.
• Please note that not all movies are available for public screening. Renters must source their own media/movies unless arrangements are made ahead of time with our coordination staff.

General Guidelines

• Staffing: Additional fees apply if your event requires extra staff support.
• Food & Drink: All outside food and beverages are subject to approval.
• Payment: Payments may be processed prior to, during, or at the conclusion of your event.
